The menu for the Champions Dinner at the 2025 Chevron Championship has been revealed.

World-renowned chef Thomas Keller has curated quite the spread for Monday evening’s festivities in The Woodlands, Texas, doing so in collaboration with 2024 winner Nelly Korda, who picked up her second major championship victory at the Club at Carlton Woods last year, what was her fifth consecutive win on the LPGA Tour.

The first course will feature caviar from Regiis Ova Caviar, a small business that Keller helped to found alongside Shaoching Bishop in Yountville, Calif., that specializes in the delicacy. A bigeye tuna tartare flavored with cucumber, green apple and dill is also on the menu.

A cream of mushroom soup with new crop onions and garden peas will be served before the main course of herb-roasted Wagyu filet in a goulash-inspired sauce, which is a nod to Korda’s Czech heritage. A Greek salad, white asparagus, yam gratin and mushrooms will accompany the beef.

Dessert will see even more Czech influence, as Korda has selected Ovocné knedlíky for her final course, a dish that will consist of fruit dumplings topped with toasted poppy seeds and a Tahitian vanilla glaze.

Keller has assisted the previous year’s winner of The Chevron Championship with their selections for the Champions Dinner over the last few years. All of the previous winners of the event are welcome to attend the celebration, traditionally held on Monday evening of tournament week. This year’s dinner will take place on April 21.
