One Month Remaining to Purchase Tickets

March 18, 2024

The Chevron Championship officially tees off one month from today, meaning that golf fans have a month remaining to secure their tickets to watch the world’s best golfers compete in the LPGA’s first major championship of the year.

Now in its second year at The Club at Carlton Woods, The Chevron Championship will be held from April 17-21. The 132-player field will vie for one of the most coveted prizes in women’s golf – the Dinah Shore Trophy – and the right to be called a major champion.

For the third consecutive year, The Chevron Challenge will celebrate community organizations that enable human progress in areas including STEM education, diversity and inclusion, and women’s excellence. Featured partners in 2024 include American Heart Association, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Brothers in Arms, Cameron Champ Foundation, Catalyst, DonorsChoose, Fab Foundation, KPMG Foundation, LPGA Foundation, LPGA*USGA Girls Golf, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Prairie View A&M University and Women in Golf Foundation.

“The LPGA is committed to making the game of golf more accessible and inclusive, and we share that commitment,” said Marissa Badenhorst, Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment at Chevron. “In fact, over the past two years, we have worked with the LPGA Foundation to contribute over $5 million to a variety of organizations to drive diversity and access forward.”

For every birdie on hole 17 during championship rounds, Chevron U.S.A. Inc. will donate $10,000 to the social investment partner pool. For the first hole-in-one, Chevron will donate $1 million. In 2023, In Gee Chun thrilled fans with her ace at No. 17 on Friday and called the ensuing donation “the best moment of my life because I am really happy to help the people.”
